As an owner of a .300 blackout rifle I use for deer/hog hunting, I am always on the lookout for decent priced, quality supersonic ammo (I am currently not suppressing but that may change – come on HPA!). Anyway, I prefer 125 grain since my scope has been calibrated for that load. I use Nosler and Accubond rounds for hunting and try to stick with SMK, Speer TNT or FMJ for plinking to try to save some money.
I have tried some of the bulk reman offerings as well as typical manufacturers such as Hornady and Fiocchi. Sometime the ammo has been unreliable (remanned) or just plain stinking expensive!
Well I ran into Modern Arms International as I was browsing the web and thought I’d try out 250 rounds of their 125 grain Speer TNT rounds (all new components) at only $0.53/rd!
Took the newly arrived ammo up to my local range. These rounds were great! Clean, no feeding/ejection issues, accurate and bolt stayed open on last round after each mag.
For the money and quality, I think they will be hard to beat.
If you’re looking for some .300 blackout, you might want to give them a try.
      Best,
      Jim

Top shelf quality ammunition, every round fired as expected, no feeding or ejection issues. I like it more than any other 300 blk ammo I’ve tried. will certainly be buying more in the future. Compared to all the other 300 blk out there you really can’t beat it.

I recently purchased a 300 blackout upper to fit to my AR lower, so I was looking for some decent inexpensive ammo to shoot. and I have found it. I ordered 250 rounds of this 125 gr Speer TNT. After I shot 60 rounds with no cycling failures, I was convinced that these are the best for the money. These are accurate, clean, and reliable through my 16″ pistol gas system CBC upper. I placed a second order for another 250 rounds.

    4. Good ammo, accurate as well with all holes touching at 50 yards. 4 Stars because the OAL is too short, causing nose-dive failure to feeds causing bullet setback, which is a bummer because now you lost a .50 cent cartridge as well as reliability issues. Still very good and competitive ammo but is starting to fall short due to dropping prices on better munitions.
