ATTENTION!
You must be 21 years or older to order ammunition. Ammunition must ship UPS ground. Due to Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammunition. Please check local laws before ordering.
NO SALES OF AMMUNITION AT THIS TIME TO RESIDENTS OF:
NEW YORK, WASHINGTON DC, ILLINOIS, NEW JERSEY, MASSACHUSETTS, OR CONNECTICUT
CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS:
No sales of ammunition delivered to the county of San Francisco. No ammunition delivered to the Cities of: Carson, Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, and San Francisco. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.
ALASKA and HAWAII CUSTOMERS:
No direct ammunition sales. All ammunition shipments must go through a freight forwarder.
Shipping
All orders received before 3pm MST are usually shipped the same day provided the item(s) are in stock. We ship Monday through Thursday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
We can not ship to Post Office Boxes, a street address is required.
All ammunition and primed-brass orders will be shipped via UPS. Some brass and bullet orders ship USPS, via Priority Mail flat-rate. Tracking numbers may not be available on brass shipments.
All orders receive email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page.
Order Verification
Modern Arms International takes the security of our customers’ financial information very seriously. All orders regardless of payment method are subject to our order verification process. By limiting fraudulent transactions and verifying order information ahead of time, we are able to provide consistently low prices and superior service, while maintaining the security of the ordering process and limiting unnecessary expenses. Please be aware that there may be a slight delay in the processing of your order while the order details are being verified.
Modern Arms International reserves the right to validate any order through a variety of tools and methods available to us. Modern Arms International may require additional information from the customer in order to confirm that all received information is verifiable and legitimate prior to clearance. Orders will not be processed prior to being confirmed valid.
Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Fees
Ground shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 14 days. It is normally less than five days, but can take up to 14 days. We reserve the right to use any shipping provider for these orders. Shipping price listed online is not applicable on some oversize items, in this case actual shipping via the lowest cost carrier will be charged.
Order Changes
Once you submit your order to Modern Arms International and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.
